DELIVERY
Arizona Mermaid's sandals are made to order and take 12 business days to complete. Please allow
the time to have your sandals made. All other items in stock will ship in 48 hours of placing
your order.
PAYMENT
We accept visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Credit Cards. Your order is billed
upon shipment which will not be the day you placed the order.
SHIPPING
All orders are shipped insured by USPS priority mail. The fee is added upon shipping.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Arizona Mermaid ships all international orders via USPS Express Mail. We do not assume any
custom taxes. Shipping charges will be calculated upon order processing. We must declare the
exact value of the order for the proper insurance of your purchase.
RETURNS
Returns must be made within 10 days of your purchase in an unworn condition in the original
packaging. Please email us at arizonamermaid@gmail.com to obtain an authorization code.
